To file a claim about your Mannington floor, please select the appropriate ‘Claim Form Type’ from the menu below. Once you complete and submit the form, you will receive a claim number via email. You may also file a claim by contacting Mannington Customer Care at 1-800-FLOOR-US (1-800-356-6787).
