Life At Mannington
We want our associates and their families to live long, healthy lives. We’ve eliminated tobacco use at all of our locations, and have encouraged overall wellness through exercise and healthy eating habits. Each site has an associate-led Wellness Committee that helps to develop health-conscious programs for associates interested in participating. Depending on the site location, you can find walking trails, an on-site cafeteria, fitness center, bike club, bowling league, golf league, recipe sharing club, yearly on-site health fair, and Weight Watchers at Work. And, of course, at all locations, there’s the camaraderie that comes from working at a company where associates are more like family to each other than co-workers.That family friendly atmosphere is driven by the Campbell family, and Mannington’s Chairman of the Board, Keith Campbell.
Any 94-year old company will be steeped in tradition, and here at Mannington we have a few of our own:
John B. Campbell Golf Tournament: Established to honor the life and service of John B. Campbell II, a proud Marine and World War II veteran. Proceeds from this fund-raising tournament go to the Marine Fore Scholarship.
25 Year Club: An annual event at Mannington’s Salem location, the 25 Year Celebration honors those who have worked for the company for 25 years or more. Each year’s inductees are thanked, roasted, and recognized by Chairman of the Board, Keith Campbell.
John B. Campbell Award: In memory of Johnny Campbell, this award recognizes Mannington associates who best exemplify his values of community service and family values.
Retiree Club: Mannington’s retirees are an active bunch, getting together for picnics and events throughout the year.
