Reclamation and recycling
We divert waste from America’s landfills, incorporating it into our manufacturing. every year, thousands of tons of post-consumer
carpet, LVT, VCT and drywall are recycled into our products. So not only do our products last longer with less maintenance, at the
end of their useful lives, become part of our closed-loop reclamation and recycling programs.
Energy and conservation leadership
Having the largest solar array in the flooring industry and being at the vanguard of energy conservation prompted the US Secretary of
Energy to name us a leader in industrial energy efficiency. From 2007–2011, we reduced water usage at our carpet operations by 35%
through technology and efficiency improvements.
Third Party Certifications
Third party certifications help navigate the world of green marketing claims. So we invest in ISO-14001 and environmentally preferable product
certifications including NSF/ANSI-140, NSF/ANSI-332, CRI Green Label Plus, and FloorScore. All of our products contribute to multiple LEED credits.

the only US manufacturer of homogeneous sheet and heavy commercial heterogeneous sheet; and one of two domestic manufacturers of commercial LVT.
