Reuse

One of the simplest ways to conserve resources is to reuse what you can. We’ve found second lives for some of our products.

Flooring is one of those things you need to see. Our printed and online resources can only help so far; at some point you will want to see the pattern and touch the texture. But once you specify our product, what happens to that little swatch? Now, what happens is that you send it back and we send it on to the next user. Included with each sample is a postage-paid return label, so all you need to do is put it back in the box and hand it to the delivery person. If you have samples without a return label, call us at 1-800-241-2262 and we will send you one.

If you have a little more than a sample, we are involved in several reclamation programs and we may be able to help you recycle rather than landfill your product. Even our carpet tile seconds are reused – we donate them to local charities, churches, schools and civic groups.
