Fitness & Health (corporate only)
Mannington makes available to all associates, dependents and retirees an on-site fitness center. We have skilled trainers available to help associate design a program specific to their individual needs. In addition, we have company sponsored, tennis, golf, bowling, basketball and softball leagues.

Employee Assistance Program
Through this program, employees and their families can receive professional, confidential counseling and referral services at no cost when personal, family, stress and other problems of daily living occur.

We offer associates a work-life resource and referral program called LifeWorks. Employees can dial a toll free number and speak with an experienced counselor on a variety of issues ranging from providing local information on any work/family issue to assisting employees with regulatory, financial and insurance issues.
