MANNINGTON PLAYS MATCHMAKER WITH NEW RESILIENT AND LVS FLOORS
SALEM, NJ, January 30, 2018—For every homeowner there is an ideal floor, as Mannington demonstrates with its new lineup of resilient and luxury vinyl sheet (LVS) floors. Each floor in the collection perfectly pairs style and comfort with durability and ease of care.
“Mannington floors are designed to be lived on,” says Joe Amato, Mannington’s Vice President of Residential Styling. "Our new sheet vinyl collection reflects that philosophy by marrying style with easy maintenance in our interpretations of on-trend looks in home design.”
“Sheet vinyl products, both felt-backed and fiberglass, are inherently easy to maintain,” says Mary Katherine Dyczko-Riglin, Mannington’s Product Manager for Residential Sheet Vinyl. “Just regular sweeping and occasional mopping will keep them in great shape. In addition, today’s technologies provide incredible durability, so the floor can stand up to pretty much anything a busy household will dish out.”
This Spring, these new sheet vinyl looks, in both resilient and LVS, will debut at Mannington retailers.
Look for three new floors in Mannington’s award-winning Revive® Collection (available in both resilient and LVS) that feature updated spins on classic and vintage looks, including floors with highly decorative surfaces. Like everything in the Revive® line-up, these new designs move floors into the style spotlight as focal points around which to create interiors.
A modern spin on classic Carrara marble, Oceana features a geometric mosaic pattern with color contrasts that create the illusion of gentle movement as light traverses across the floor. Available in three hues: Sand Dollar, Shell and Tide.
A modern take on classic decorative tile, Tapestry features a unique ornamental design with whimsical floral accents in both neutral and bold color combinations. Available in four hues: Denim, Linen, Tweed and Wool.
Inspired by the well-traveled pathways of the iconic French palace for which it’s named, Versailles features a checkerboard layout of softly worn tiles with irregular grout lines that lend authenticity to this vintage French limestone look. Available in two hues: Courtyard and Terrace.
Two additional designs will join Mannington’s acclaimed fiberglass luxury vinyl sheet (LVS) line-up:
Inspired by reclaimed timber found in an old grain mill, Millcreek is a sophisticated modern wood look in a 6-inch x 36-inch plank design. This pattern combines colorful pigment washes with a special fuming process for a floor with realistic wood grain and rich tonal variation authenticity. Available in four hues: Axle, Barrel, Buhrstone and Multigrain.
Concrete chic without the upkeep, Patina delivers the authentic look of naturally-aged concrete in easy-care LVS style. This design features a unique 12-inch x 24-inch rectangular pattern embedded with lots of organic imperfections and enhanced by subtle fading and staining that only occurs over time. Available in three hues: Ash, Carbon and Rust.
About Mannington Resilient and LVS Flooring
Made in the USA, Mannington resilient and LVS floors take durability to a new level because they’re crafted with Mannington’s patented ScratchResist™ surface protection that helps keep floors looking newer longer by creating a surface so tough it wears away the ridges on a quarter. Eco-friendly, too, these floors are FloorScore® certified, complying to strict indoor air quality standards; contribute to credits for green building systems like LEED; and are manufactured with ultra-low VOCS and water-based inks. They won't trap dust, pet dander and other allergens; and are easy-care as most spills clean with gentle soap and water.
Mannington LVS floors are also available in three performance levels so homeowners can select the floor most ideal for how they live.
